It is without a doubt that women perform multiple shifts in a day that goes from paid labor to unpaid labor. But last months job report in addition to the report released in September which illustrated the crisis that American women are facing in the job market, needs to be urgently addressed. It is simply not sustainable to keep putting the price of this pandemic on the backs of hard-working black and Latino women who are facing the worst of this crisis.
